Important Information - Access to Member Tickets:  

After joining ABOTMA you will receive an email from TryBooking with a link to view your ABOTMA Membership card.  You need this card to buy your tickets.  It takes 24 hours for your member details from TryBooking (our membership system) to be active in Humanitix (our festival ticket system).

Weekend Tickets:  Enter the Member Number from the membership card into the access code field in Humanitix to see and purchase ABOTMA Member weekend tickets.

Day Tickets:  Enter the email address on the membership card into the access code field in Humanitix to see and purchase ABOTMA Member day tickets.

To purchase tickets for another ABOTMA member you will need their Member Number or Member Email.  

After you click the buy tickets button in Humanitix,enter the member number or email address in the access code space shown on the screenshot below.  

(If you get an 'invalid code' message you need to wait 24 hours.  If you have waited and still get the invalid code message please contact us.)

How do I request a refund?

Find the email you received when you bought your ticket.  Open it and click the Manage order button and follow the prompts in Humanitix to get a refund.

Can't find your ticket confirmation email?  Try searching for ABOTMA as the sender or order@humanitix.com. If you can’t find your ticket, click the ‘Contact Host’ button on the event page, select “Can’t find my ticket/invoice” and fill out the form. Humanitix will automatically resend the tickets if they can find your order.
