ABOTMA has always had a flexible refund policy.  

We understand that life is unpredictable and things happen that are outside your control.  We will refund your Mountaingrass Festival tickets up to 24 hours before the festival starts for any reason.  

In fact, we're so flexible about refunding your ticket we've set up self-service refunds in Humanitix.  This lets you be in control of your request for a refund.

If you give us less than 24 hours notice - please email us from Humanitix to request a refund.  We will get to your request after the festival (as we just might be a tad busy when you email).  We will usually still refund the full price of your ticket, within reason (less any processing fees charged by Humanitix).

How do I request a refund?
Find the email you received when you bought your ticket.  Open it and click the Manage order button and follow the prompts in Humanitix to get a refund.
