2025 10c Container Deposit Scheme Proceeds to go to ABOTMA Young Performer Grant 

Mountaingrass is committed to being a waste wise event again this year.  Please help us be good citizens in the Bright community by reducing waste going to landfill.  

This year we have registered to be donor recipients for the 10c container deposit scheme and are pledging all funds raised from the scheme will be used to help fund the ABOTMA Young Performer of the Year Grant.

The Grant is $500 + a free weekend pass to the selected ABOTMA Young Performer of the Year.  The grant is to assist a talented young performer to attend the Mountaingrass Festival each year and to encourage them to play Bluegrass and Old-Time Traditional Country music.  

We're sure once you see this year's grant recipient, George Teasdell perform at Mountaingrass you'll be all aboard to support this worthy cause!
