Planning for Mountaingrass in 2026!
13 -15 November 2026

Whilst our official dates for next year are to be confirmed at the AGM on Sunday, we thought we'd let everyone have a bit of notice so you can start planning for next year.

We know lots of you like to re-book your favourite places to stay as you leave Mountaingrass.  So, we've confirmed with the people here at Bright when the Rod Run weekend is next year  (which we don't want to clash with!) and we are on for our usual 3rd weekend in November right here in Bright.

Get the dates locked into your calendar before anyone else makes a plan for you that mucks up your Mountaingrass weekend plans!

The ABOTMA Committee would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the Alpine Shire Council and the people, businesses and community groups in and around Bright.  We've had nothing but enthusiastic and welcoming responses about the Mountaingrass Festival  being held back here in the High Country of Victoria.

You may not be aware that Bright and its surroungs have had some really quiet months with the Porepunkah 'situation' - please help us return the support we've received by supporting local businesses around here as much as you are able to this weekend - they really could do with some extra love.
